What does the training program consist of?

• It is a ten month training phase
• The program begins with a two week induction at Global Headquarters in Leuven, Belgium
• After that trainees travel to different locations in their country and Zone to experience a variety of breweries and sales locations within the organization
• Once the official training period is complete, trainees are placed in their first position - a junior management role 
• During all this time a trainee is considered occupying full-time position with salary and benefits like other InBev employees
