Надя була студенткою 2-го курсу, коли вірішила випробувати свої знання з економіки і менеджменту на практиці і приєдналась до AIESEC.

“AIESEC gave me opportunity to work in multicultural team in Asia for a year, building on my leadership skills, as well as connecting me to an international network, increasing my self -awareness and understanding myself, my values and my ambitions”.

Nadya joined AIESEC in 2001 at the age of 19. In a few years she became a human resource manager AIESEC in Ukraine and then of AIESEC in Hong Kong.

Her role on both positions were to improve people development processes and manage the development of 800 people in Ukraine and Hong Kong. Her experience in Ukraine was appraised in Hong Kong, where she had an opportunity to improve her skills.

During these years in AIESEC Nadya was able to visit such countries as Germany, The Netherlands, Romania, Egypt, UK, Belgium, India, China, Malaysia, Thailand.

Being able to live and work on another side of the globe, inspiring people to discover their potential and being brave to develop it further helped Nadya to discover her passion in people development and of course it was a great opportunity to implement her theoretic knowledge practically in two different countries.
