In 2007 Katya went on internship to Germany, Cologne (Koln). She was working in THERON Management Advisors AG Company. Her internship was in the field of business consulting. Katya gained experience in managing projects, leading a team, effective communication and working in changing environment.
 
The opportunity to work in Germany allowed Katya understand how business processes should be run in the real company, form European approach to work and gain professional skills which will help her in her future.
 
"This internship gave me the opportunity to get management skills by leading the team of professionals in the international surrounding. It also made me believe in myself because of high contribution to people development area of the company I was working in." 
 
After her internship, Katya continued working for THERON Management Advisors AG in Ukraine. Being a professional already, she started to build her future in Ukraine.
